Artist and photographer Kelly Morfopoulos is a natural in the marketing business, well known all over Clearwater, where she is currently product owner/chief marketing officer for Ronati, an exclusive inventory and marketplace management company for sellers of one-of-a-kind items. She is also currently on the Board of Trustees for Delphi Academy and has been the awards coordinator for the annual Say No to Drugs Holiday Classic race for the past nine years.
“I love to help Clearwater thrive, particularly downtown. We have such a promising waterfront and a chance to create a bustling shopping district,” says Morfopoulos, who volunteers in many local events. “My parents have owned a store downtown for 30 years, and I’d love to see many more join them.”
Her family moved to Clearwater in 1987 when she was only 5 years old. Though her parents were Scientologists before she was born, Morfopoulos did not consider herself a Scientologist until she was 18: “I was terribly shy and had a hard time communicating and wanted to be better at that. I asked a Church member to help me with that and was never the same thereafter.”
