Claude and Noah’s evolution from in-demand dancers and choreographers to fitness and wellness experts may seem like a departure from their original path, but it’s actually a natural progression. After years of pushing their bodies to new heights in the world of dance, they realized the broader impact they could have by applying to personal training their knowledge of movement, conditioning and nutrition.

Noah, who grew up in inner-city Chicago and found his way into dance through street culture, is now focused on helping others “use their body better.” His street-savvy, freestyle background has translated seamlessly into fitness training, where functional movement and body awareness are key. “Dancers are so in tune with their bodies,” he explains. “And that’s what I want to help people with—how to move better, how to avoid injury and how to build strength in a way that supports their everyday lives.”
Claude, originally from Montréal and classically trained in ballet, jazz and tap, has become a certified functional nutritionist, rounding out the couple’s expertise. Her journey into nutrition was sparked by a desire to not only help others move better, but also to ensure they are nourishing their bodies for peak performance. “Dance has always been about discipline,” she says, “and now I’m applying that same philosophy to nutrition and exercise and helping my clients create nonnegotiable habits that transform their bodies and their lives.”
Although their primary focus is now on health and wellness, Claude and Noah haven’t left their dance roots behind. Every Tuesday, they share their love for dance with over half a million followers on TikTok through their popular “TikTok Tuesday” routines. It’s a way for them to stay connected to their artistic side while spreading joy to their fans—and it’s a reminder that movement, in all its forms, is central to a healthy lifestyle.
Their personal training programs are not your typical gym routines. Their approach is to instill a high level of responsibility in their clients along with a commitment to health and well-being—developing habits and lifestyles that build strength in both body and character. They focus on creating resilience, patience and confidence so that clients can be better parents, leaders, husbands and wives. This holistic approach has made them “the couple” in the world of fitness and wellness.
When asked about the inclusion of breaking in the 2024 Paris Olympics, Noah couldn’t hide his excitement. “It’s awesome,” he told Freedom, beaming with pride for the competitors. “These people do things with their bodies that nobody can do. They defy freaking gravity. It’s great, and to give them a platform is even cooler.”
Claude echoes Noah’s admiration for the dancers, especially from the perspective of someone who’s spent a lifetime perfecting her own movements. “Seeing dance celebrated on such a huge stage like the Olympics is incredible,” she adds. “It shows how much dance has evolved and how it continues to inspire people all over the world.”
Claude and Noah’s influence extends beyond just their own fitness journey. Their philosophy is rooted in the idea that movement is a pathway to happiness and self-empowerment. Whether they’re coaching clients in the gym or performing a choreographed routine online, they aim to inspire others to move, live and feel better in their bodies.
